Each has been tested to boot into Chrome Networking screen. NO FURTHER TESTING HAS BEEN DONE. SELLING AS IS. These HP Chromebooks are sold AS‑IS. 


Exterior: Some units may show minor scratches, scuffs, small blemishes, or light wear consistent with normal use. A few may have tiny cracks or cosmetic chips on the chassis.


Screen: All screens are intact and free of cracks; minor wear or signs of use (light scratches, smudges) may be visible.


Chassis: Occasional missing screws, leftover stickers or adhesive residue, or minor cosmetic imperfections on corners or edges.


Accessories: No chargers are included. Other accessories are not included.


These devices are perfect for parts, refurbishment, or educational/lab projects, and are priced accordingly. Please review all photos carefully and understand this is a bulk AS‑IS lot.

General

We do our best to describe all items as accurately as possible in our listings to avoid issues but sometimes things can happen. Before leaving any negative feedback, please contact us with any issues regarding your order. We will be more than happy to assist you within the guidelines listed below.

Buyer is responsible for reading each of our listings entirely before purchasing. Buyer is also responsible for matching appropriate part numbers (not just by make/model), conducting the proper research, or reaching with any questions before purchase.

We typically respond to messages within 1 business day, but response time may be longer in some circumstances. Our offices are closed on weekends and all major US holidays.

We only provide customer support through eBay's messaging system. We do not provide customer support or contact of any kind pertaining to eBay items or orders via email or over the phone. No exceptions.

Our items/listings
We sell mostly used items but also sell new/open box items as well as items “for parts or repair/sold as is”:
  • Used items: these items may cosmetically shows signs of previous use but are fully functional unless otherwise noted. All used items are tested in-house or on-site before they are taken out of service to determine their functionality. These items may also be graded from excellent to poor (or grades a-d) or cosmetically described where applicable. Although we do our best to clean them, these items may feature leftover dust, dirt or debris in small corners or crevasses from use.
  • New items: these are sealed items that were never opened for use and should be considered brand new.
  • Open box items: these items are new but opened to check stock but were never used and are in excellent condition.
  • “For parts or repair” and/or “Sold as is”: these items are no longer working or have severe operational issues and should only be purchased to salvage parts or for the buyer to fix. These items may also feature highly noticeable cosmetic damage.
Listings containing multiple quantities of a item may feature a stock photo which is an exact representation of the item you will be receiving.

The majority of our stock comes from the result of off IT inventory upgrades, liquidations, and wholesale purchases. All items are of clear title and acquired legally. Additionally, we do our best to remove all instances of previous ownership to protect privacy.
Payment
We accept PayPal, Google Pay, and most major credit cards through eBay payment processing. We do not accept other forms of payments for eBay items outside of the platform. No exceptions.

All of our “Buy It Now” items require immediate payment. No exceptions.

Payments for auctions or “Best Offer” orders must be received within 4 business days or the transaction will be canceled for due to non-payment.
Shipping
Being a company who encourages reuse, please be aware that most orders we ship will feature reused boxes, envelopes, and packaging. Although your package may not look cosmetically pleasing when it arrives, but rest assured your item(s) will be packed securely. Furthermore, all ESD sensitive items are wrapped in anti-static packaging.

Although we do our best to ship out orders same day that are submitted before 12:00 PM EST, all orders are subjected to 1 business handling unless an overnight service is selected. Please contact us before purchasing if same day shipping is required.

We mostly offer free shipping on lighter weight items and offer calculated shipping on heavier items:
  • Free shipping items: most of these items are shipped via an economy service (I.E.: USPS Parcel Select, FedEx SmartPost) by default unless otherwise noted. If it is more cost effective for us to upgrade to an expedited or another ground service, your shipping service may be upgraded accordingly.
  • Calculated shipping items: we offer USPS, FedEx, and UPS for calculated shipping purchases. If a buyer selects a parcel ground shipping service (either USPS, UPS, or FedEx), we may ship the order using either parcel service regardless of what is selected depending on cost effectiveness. If you require a specific ground carrier to deliver your order, please leave a note during checkout. All other expedited, air, and overnight methods will be honored when selected.
Any requests for extra packaging of shipments such as requesting us to "mask" a retail box with an additional box may require the buyer to pay for additional shipping costs due to added weight and dimensions. Please beware of this before making a request.

We only offer shipping of eBay orders to confirmed addresses within the US and US territories.

We do not ship eBay orders to APO/DPO/FPO addresses. No exceptions.

We only ship eBay orders to the address used to purchase the item with. If you purchase with the wrong address, the order will have to be canceled and will need to be purchased again with the correct address. All requests to swap addresses through messaging after purchase will be rejected. No exceptions.

Combined shipping for items may be available at request. Please contact us for further details.

Even if it is not featured on a listing, overnight/air shipping may be available at request. Please contact us before purchase so we can confirm that we can ship your item out the same day.

We ask our customers to please be patient with carrier shipment delays as we have no control over carrier speed. If your shipment becomes stuck after week or you believe it may be lost during transit, please contact us and we will do our best to remedy the situation. Most orders over $100 are subjected to insurance coverage so we may be able to put in a claim if that is the case.

Local pickup, although not feature in a listing, may be available upon request. Contact us for further details.

TO ALL DROPSHIPPERS: We do not reveal pricing in our packages or provide packing slips for orders unless it is requested by the buyer so there is no need to ask.
International Buyers
We only ship eBay orders internationally through eBay's global Shipping/International Shipping programs. No exceptions. Any international shipping requests outside these programs will be ignored.

We do not provide invoices for purchases within eBay. Please reference eBay for any invoices needed for your accounting purposes.

TO ALL FRIEGHT FORWARDERS: any eBay orders that are sent to a US address then is later freight forwarded outside US will forfeit the eligibility of a warranty or return once exported. To obtain a refund, the return of an item will be required in most instances. No exceptions. 
Cancellations
All cancellations requests must be made as soon as possible and these requests are not guaranteed. Once your item is picked up by or dropped off to the carrier we will not be able to cancel order or facilitate a cancellation.
Return/Refund Policy
Depending on the listing, our items are subjected either a "30 day Return" and a "No Return" policy:
  • 30 Day Return Listings: return requests for these items must be submitted through eBay within 30 days of receiving the item. All return attempts outside this window will be rejected.
  • No Returns Listings: we unfortunately cannot accept returns for these items. All ineligible return request attempts will be rejected.
Before committing to a return request, we may offer support for certain items that are claimed to be non-working or dysfunctional. We kindly ask that our customers be patient with us when any support tips or information is offered in these circumstances.

To obtain a refund, the return of an item will be required in most instances.

In cases of purchase by mistake or remorse return requests, buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Any returned items that do not match the original cosmetic condition or functional state may also be subjected to up a 50% reduction of refund.
Abusive Buyer & Policy

We do not tolerate scammers, abusive buyers, lowballers, and other aggressive buying behavior. Any buyer presenting such behavior will be blocked and reported if necessary.

All fraud and false claims will be reported to eBay and we will pursue legal action if necessary.

Any messages from prospective buyers with verbiage resembling known scam practices will be ignored and reported to eBay.

Constant lowball offer attempts will be ignored and serial lowballers will be blocked.

Buyers with multiple non-payments may also be blocked.
