Compatibility & Part Number Notice

Many electronic components have multiple part number, revision, and specification variants, even within the same model line. To avoid compatibility issues, buyers are strongly encouraged to verify exact part numbers and specifications prior to purchase.

Do not rely solely on system make or model for compatibility. If you are unsure whether an item will work for your application, please contact us before purchasing, and we will be happy to assist.

Item Condition & Sourcing

We sell a mix of used, new, open box, and for-parts items:

• Used: Previously deployed items that have been tested for functionality unless otherwise stated. Cosmetic wear may be present.

• New: Factory sealed, unused items.

• Open Box: New items opened for inspection or inventory purposes only.

• For Parts / Not Working: Non-functional items intended for parts or repair only.

Some multi-quantity listings may use stock photos that represent the item type and condition.

Our inventory comes from IT upgrades, liquidations, and wholesale purchases. All items are acquired legally and data-sanitized where applicable.

Payment

Payments are processed through eBay’s managed payments system. Immediate payment is required for Buy It Now listings.

Auction and Best Offer purchases must be paid within 4 days, or the order may be canceled per eBay policy.

Shipping

We encourage reuse and sustainability — many orders ship in reused packaging, though all items are packed securely. ESD-sensitive items are shipped in anti-static materials.

• Handling time: 1 business day (same-day shipping when possible)

• Free shipping items typically ship via economy services

• Carrier selection for ground shipping may vary based on cost and efficiency

• Expedited services will be honored when selected

We ship only to the address provided at checkout. Address changes after purchase cannot be accommodated.

U.S. and U.S. territory shipping only unless using eBay International Shipping.

International Buyers

International orders are shipped exclusively through eBay’s International Shipping program.

Orders forwarded outside the U.S. by third-party freight forwarders are not eligible for returns or warranty support once exported, per eBay guidelines.

Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be submitted promptly. Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled.

Returns & Refunds

Return eligibility is based on the individual listing:

• 30-Day Returns: Requests must be submitted through eBay within 30 days of delivery.

• No Returns: Buyer-remorse returns are not accepted; however, returns required under eBay policy (such as item not as described or defective) will be honored.

For buyer-remorse returns (including ordering by mistake, no longer needed, or compatibility issues not related to item condition or description), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, in accordance with eBay’s return policies.

Returned items must be received in the same condition as sent. Refund adjustments, if applicable, are made in accordance with eBay’s return condition guidelines.
